Lilia loves driving innovation and using data to uncover insights that help businesses make smarter, more informed decisions. Her passion for combining analytics with user-centered thinking has led her to spearhead key initiatives such as the launch of Thermal Trend – Insights BI services and the customization of Colbert’s Client Portal—both designed to enhance the overall customer experience.
At Colbert Infrared, Lilia wears many hats. She leads projects focused on website optimization, strengthens company communication channels, and manages a range of digital initiatives that improve both internal efficiency and client engagement.
She began her career at Telenor, a multinational telecommunications company in Sofia, Bulgaria, where she held a variety of roles that helped shape her adaptability, strategic thinking, and collaborative mindset. Guided by her personal credo—“Never stop developing yourself and learning”—Lilia continues to grow as a multidisciplinary professional.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Advertising Management, and her core skills include project management, process optimization, website management, and digital marketing.
Outside of work, Lilia enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and discovering new culinary experiences.
